kbx8 Terms & Conditions

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on kbx8, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and kbx8. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

kbx8 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, kbx8 will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revisions were made.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, the game-specific rules shall take precedence in relation to the specific game only; all other provisions of these Terms shall continue to apply in full.

To participate in any real-money activity on the kbx8 Platform, you must register a verified Player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method.

kbx8 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under your own name or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms. kbx8 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect duplicate accounts; any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed immediately, and all balances will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. kbx8 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat. You must notify kbx8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

kbx8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms and to any additional terms stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Bonuses are entirely optional. kbx8 will never automatically apply a bonus to your account without your explicit opt-in. You may decline any bonus offer at any time before it is activated on your account. Once a bonus has been accepted and wagering activity has begun, the bonus cannot be removed from your account without forfeiting the associated bonus balance and any related winnings.

kbx8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable. Where a promotion is terminated early, Players who have already accepted the bonus will be permitted to complete the wagering requirement under the original terms for a period of seven days following the termination notice.

kbx8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or any other situation in which kbx8 determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kbx8 will complete its review within a reasonable period and notify the Player of the outcome. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned promptly. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any funds associated with the breach may be forfeited.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting kbx8 support at [email protected]. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (after deduction of any applicable pending bonus wagering) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Inactive Account Policy: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. kbx8 will notify the Player by email before applying an inactivity administrative fee of ৳100 per month to the dormant account balance. Players wishing to avoid this fee should log in to their account at least once every 12 months or contact support to arrange account closure with a balance withdrawal.
